Vosnon: Holiday apartments and houses
Nature
Around thirty trees were selected for the circular trail Circuit des arbres remarquables following an inventory.
This circular trail includes remarkable oaks, pear trees, lime trees and tulip trees.
It is equipped with signposts as well as information and awareness-raising panels about the remarkable trees.
One of the special trees is the Pied Cornier oak, with an approximate trunk circumference of 5.70 metres.
According to forestry and water management experts, the oak is at least 800 years old.
In a national survey, it was ranked among the top ten trees for inclusion in the French register of remarkable trees.
From Vosnon, it can be reached in the direction of Saint-Mards-en-Othe. A sign indicates the way at the forest entrance; from there, an ascent of approximately 500 metres leads onwards, followed by a 50-metre walk to the left.
Anyone wishing to rent a holiday apartment in Vosnon is therefore initially choosing this type of accommodation.
Culture
The Eglise Saint Blaise was built by the residents in 1956.
The church has contemporary stained-glass windows created by Atelier Cécile Boël in 2021.
It is opened on request via the town hall.
At the Pikwik workshop in Vosnon, visitors can discover computer-assisted embroidery and the production of embroidered items on machines; visits are available by appointment.
Various embroidered items are offered there on aprons, tea towels, as well as bathroom and household linen.
