The Ecobalade entre canal et prairies humides is a hiking trail in Méry-sur-Cher. It runs along the Canal de Berry, along the edge of wet meadows and through several cultivated fields, allowing visitors to experience the biodiversity of these landscapes. It is particularly recommended in spring, when the plant and animal life is especially apparent; numerous species can also be observed at other times of the year.

Cycling Route

The section between Méry/Cher and Thénioux of the Véloroute Cœur de France à vélo is 8.5 km long. The development work for this section was fully completed between 2020 and 2022.

A 40-metre-long grating footbridge was installed at the Launay lock in Méry-sur-Cher.

Culture and Crafts

Maison Pasquini at Le Tertre de Méry in Méry-sur-Cher is a residential building. It is the only building constructed by Pascal Hausermann in the Centre region and a unique example of sculptural architecture. Maison Pasquini was built in 1968 and received the corresponding award in 2014.
