Venoy combines sacred history, winegrowing and trails in the surrounding area. The Église Saint-Louis-et-Saint-Maurice contains several polychrome stone statues from the 16th and 17th centuries. The Église Saint-Louis-Saint-Maurice is a building with foundations dating from the 11th and 12th centuries.

The Église Saint-Louis-et-Saint-Maurice was open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; in July and August, there was a guided tour with commentary each day.

Anyone wishing to rent a holiday apartment in Venoy is thereby making an independent accommodation choice as part of their travel planning.

Culture

The Egriselles-Venoy memorial consists of two tall, parallel steles made of white limestone. The names and first names, along with the ages, of 43 people who were shot there by the Germans in 1942, 1943 and 1944 are inscribed on the right-hand stele.

Every year on 24 August, a ceremony takes place at the Egriselles-Venoy memorial. It is the final stop on a tour of the Resistance memorial steles in Auxerre, before the ceremony at the Auxerre war memorial follows.

The Artothèque d'Auxerre, a museum, is located in the immediate vicinity of Venoy. The Abbaye Saint-Julien d'Auxerre, a historic site, is also nearby.
