In Chorey-lès-Beaune, the history of the Église Saint-Luc dates back to 1150. The present building is an extension of a former small chapel that was oriented towards the east; traces of it are visible in the eastern arm of the transept. The church acquired its present appearance through an extension begun in 1766: the former chapel became an arm of the transept, while the nave was built perpendicular to it according to a Latin cross plan. The choir contains a high altar from the 1770s attributed to the Bidermann brothers.

The Château de Chorey is set on a large estate. The buildings are located to the west and are partly surrounded by water-filled moats, while an ornamental garden surrounded by vines lies to the east. The complex comprises an L-shaped main building, two free-standing towers and a dovecote. The Château de Chorey is included in the list of attractions and places to visit in the Pays Beaunois.

Wine

At the Cave du Bareuzai, tasting boards with regional charcuterie and/or cheese are offered by reservation. Group tastings include a detailed explanation of the wines being tasted and a presentation of the wine-growing landscape designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guests can taste a selection of wines by the glass there, either on the terrace or in the cellar.

Domaine Fernandez produces Chorey-les-Beaune as a red wine. Tastings on site and direct sales from the estate are possible at Domaine Fernandez. Traditional methods are used there; the grapes are harvested by hand.
