Nature

The La Vallée du Frémur route is an 11 km moderately difficult hiking trail lasting approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes; it starts at Place de la Butte in Tréméreuc. It leads through a winding, deeply cut valley along the wooded banks of the small coastal river Frémur, past the former Moulin de Tréméreuc and on to a rocky promontory above the valley with beautiful viewpoints.

The Les bords du Frémur mountain-bike loop starts on Rue de l’Église in Tréméreuc. From the centre of Tréméreuc, it follows the voie verte to the banks of the Frémur. The 8 km loop is classified as difficult and takes approximately 40 minutes.

Activities

The Golf de Tréméreuc has a 9-hole course considered to be of high quality. Introductory sessions, lessons and courses are available there year-round.

Culture

The Église Saint-Laurent in Tréméreuc features traces of construction whose origins date back to the 12th century.

Food and drink

The Cidrerie Distillerie Jouny offers farm-produced cider made from pure juice with natural carbonation, fine poirés, apple juice and eaux-de-vie. It also offers organic farm products made from old and local varieties grown in its orchards.

From 9 April to 31 August, the Cidrerie Distillerie Jouny offers tours with tastings on Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 12 noon; booking via the website is required. For children under 7, a maximum of one child per paying adult is admitted free of charge.

Cook And Make organises three-hour adult courses in its workshop at 4 Village des Landes, 22490 Tréméreuc. In Tréméreuc, Cook And Make also offers baking and chocolate-making courses for all ages from 3 years upwards.
