Saint-Martin-Des-Prés: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

A notable historic site in Saint-Martin-des-Prés is the Manoir de Cléhunault, which dates from the late 15th century. It consists of three building sections arranged in a U shape around a courtyard enclosed by a wall and a gateway.

Sacred heritage

The parish church of Saint-Martin-des-Prés preserves the statue of Sainte Barbe, which is protected as an object: a polychrome carved and painted wooden work from the 18th century that was originally associated with the Chapelle Sainte-Barbe.

The Chapelle Saint-Roch contains a polychrome wooden altarpiece from the 17th or 18th century, which is listed in the inventory of historic monuments. The Pardon of the Chapelle Saint-Roch takes place on the third Sunday in August. Visits to the Chapelle Saint-Roch can be arranged through the local contact person, Mme COLLIN. The Fontaine Saint-Jean-Baptiste was built in 1818 and restored in 1968.

The Lac de Bosméléac is located within the territories of Allineuc, Merléac, Le Bodéo and Saint-Martin-des-Prés. Walking is possible at the Lac de Bosméléac; water sports activities take place on the Lac de Bosméléac in summer.
