Plufur: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

Plufur combines a precise cultural and historical detail with paths through the landscape: on the main façade of the Chapelle Saint-Nicolas, beneath the façade band above the entrance, there is a Breton inscription in 15th-century characters. Under the protection order of 11 March 1911, the Chapelle Saint-Nicolas was classified as a Monument historique.

Culture

The Église Saint-Florent is also clearly classified historically. It was entered on the register of Monuments historiques on 15 November 1985. At the end of the 18th century, it was rebuilt according to plans by the engineer Félix Anfray, reusing older structural elements. The naves of the Église Saint-Florent feature painted wooden panelling.

Hiking

The hiking trails around Plufur are open and maintained by the Hentoù Treuz association. The Boucle de Saint Nicolas leads from the centre of Plufur along small paths through the landscape to the Yar valley and the Chapelle Saint-Nicolas. The circular route is marked in yellow and is walked clockwise.

Tro ar feunteun, also called Boucle de la fontaine, is a circular hiking trail in Plufur.
