Le Leslay: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

In Le Leslay, history, ecclesiastical architecture and landscape come together. The character of the village can be discovered through a historic estate, a distinctive church and a signposted route showcasing different facets.

History

The Domaine de Beaumanoir was built in the 15th century and expanded in later centuries. The owners decided to restore the estate in 1895. Including the château, outbuildings and park, the Domaine de Beaumanoir was listed as a historic monument by decree of 9 May 1990. It is privately owned and not open to the public.

Paths and Landscape

The “Sur les chemins du Leslay” route is 8 km long. Starting from the village centre behind the town hall, it follows the yellow markings and leads through the countryside along paths lined with fields and small woods.

Culture

The Church of Saint-Symphorien has a neoclassical bell tower with two bell chambers. The Saint-Symphorien Pardon in Le Leslay is scheduled for the first Sunday in August.
