In Chaussenac, the Eglise Saint-Etienne features a Romanesque Limousin apse and paintings from the 17th and 18th centuries. The Chapelle de Contres was first mentioned as early as the 13th century and houses a polychrome limestone Pietà dating from the late 15th or early 16th century.
