The Itinéraire du Patrimoine in Bidart is a 6 km-long hiking trail rated as moderately difficult, with a stated duration of two hours. It runs along footpaths and conveys anecdotes and information about the former history of the municipality through panels located at elements of the cultural heritage.

The Voie Verte de l'Uhabia is shared by pedestrians and cyclists. It crosses Bidart from the estuary of the Uhabia River to the Bassilour district and extends for around 3.5 km through varied landscapes. From north to south, the Vélodyssée runs from the Cité de l'Océan in Biarritz to the Parlementia district in Bidart.

Culture

The Chapelle Ur Onea in Bidart was built in 1704 and was a pilgrimage centre. There is a QR code at the chapel that allows it to be visited virtually when it is closed. The Chapelle de la Madeleine and its esplanade are among the best-known sites in Bidart on the Basque coast.
