Geographical setting

History
The bridge in Auterrive evolved from a suspended wooden bridge into an iron bridge, built in 1895 or 1898. In 2019, it was repaired after more than a year of work and subsequently reopened.
An architectural firm is also based in Auterrive in a former Béarn tannery, which was renovated by the firm.

A belote competition was organised on Monday evenings in the Salle Chinanou by the “les cartes salisiennes” association and was open to everyone.
