Culture
Remains of the “Ensemble fortifié” in Arrosès have been preserved. The parish church of Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption in Arrosès was mainly built during the third quarter of the 12th century; it was fortified during the Wars of Religion in the second half of the 16th century. Its northern chapel is associated with the lords of Sauvéméa and may date from the 16th century.
The “Ensemble fortifié” also contains a former château, which may date back to the 11th or 12th century.
