Located on a promontory, Sos overlooks the valleys of the Gueyze and the Gélise. The Église Saint-Barthélemy de Gueyze preserves Romanesque capitals and Romanesque corbels from the 11th and 12th centuries. The church apse has been protected as a Monument historique since 1925; the outdoor areas are freely accessible all year round.
