The Église Saint-Jean-Baptiste in Seyches was listed as a historic monument in 1998.

At the end of the 17th century, the Église Saint-Jean-Baptiste was rebuilt with three naves and a choir with a flat-ended apse.

The church contains a choir painting depicting the beheading of John the Baptist, executed in 1936 by the Italian-born painter Carlo Masutti. Drapery and faux-marble decorations were also added.

Of the four former entrances to the village, only one fortified town gate remains in Seyches. It adjoins the church and was converted into a bell tower in the 17th century.
