In Bias, the L'Étang du Bourg Vieux discovery trail runs for 3.6 to 5 km through the Landes forest. Along the walking route, visitors can discover Étang du Bourg Vieux.
The “Balade nature en forêt Landaise” activity is a tour led by the nature guide from the Mimizan Tourist Office to explore the Landes forests and their use by people.

Culture
Behind the church of Bias, by the stream, is the Fontaine Saint Michel. The stone of the Fontaine Saint Michel comes from the former Chapelle d'Orvignac. The Église Saint Michel de Bias dates from 1906; it also contains a 15th-century processional cross made of oak.
Events
The Fêtes de Bias take place in July and on the occasion of Saint Michael's Day at the end of September. The Maison landaise in the centre of Bias regularly hosts exhibitions of paintings and photographs.

At Paintball Loisirs des Landes, there are four playing fields on 2 hectares of pine forest, two of which are for night games. During the day, Paintball Loisirs des Landes offers outdoor laser tag for ages 8 and up; night games are available by arrangement.
Bias Aventure covers 6 hectares with eight courses, including two zip-line courses. Bias Aventure also has four zip lines over the water.
