The Boucle des moulins Salignac is an easy, 8.5-kilometre circular hiking route starting in Salignac-Eyvigues. It passes by the Moulin de la Garrigue, follows the Ruisseau de l’Inval and crosses the Natura 2000 limestone slopes of Borrèze, where wild orchids grow. The route also passes through the hamlet of Eybènes.
Gastronomy
Foies Gras Crouzel continues a family tradition and produces preserves made from goose and duck foie gras. Free individual tasting tours are offered there.
The Marché gourmand des producteurs de Salignac offers a local meal on site. The summer Friday markets also offer seasonal agricultural produce.
