Saint-Vincent-Le-Paluel: Holiday Apartments and Houses
The Château de Paluel was built in the 15th century on the site of a 13th-century structure and includes a rectangular 12th-century keep. The Château de Paluel has been protected as a historic monument since 1927.
Culture and History
The Église Saint-Vincent is also part of the historic village setting. The Romanesque church has a flat bell tower with room for four bells.
The Château de Paluel is located two kilometres downstream from Saint-Vincent-le-Paluel. In 1968, it served as a filming location for the movie Le Tatoué starring Jean Gabin and Louis de Funès.
Saint-Vincent-le-Paluel is also home to the Cabane en pierre sèche de Malevergne, which is protected as a historic monument.

The Vallée de l’Enéa area, listed as a natural monument, covers around 51 percent of the municipality of Saint-Vincent-le-Paluel, approximately 1,480 hectares. The natural area also includes the 428-hectare Natura 2000 site Coteaux calcaires de Proissans, Sainte-Nathalène et Saint-Vincent-le-Paluel, which extends across Proissans, Sainte-Nathalène and Saint-Vincent-le-Paluel.
Hiking
The GR6 long-distance hiking trail crosses Saint-Vincent-le-Paluel. The Boucle du Paluel is a moderately difficult 12.1-kilometre circular hike from Saint-Vincent-le-Paluel, taking around four hours. It passes through the rural and nature-rich Saint-Vincent-le-Paluel; the municipality is crossed by the Enéa and includes a Zone naturelle d’intérêt écologique, faunistique et floristique (ZNIEFF).

Visitor attractions at Château Le Paluel include a dovecote, a well, a chapel, underground passages, a grotto and a slideshow about the work and life of times gone by. The offering also includes tastings, the sale of farm products and regional drinks.
