Culture and history
The Église Saint-Georges was the chapel of a former commandery of the Order of Malta. On the south wall of the nave is the 17th-century painting “Communion des disciples d'Emmaüs”, which is protected as an object.

The half-day gold-panning courses in Saint-Jory-las-Bloux require advance reservation. The minimum age is six; minors must be accompanied by an adult who also takes part in the activity. Gold panning takes place in summer; group sessions may be available in the off-season depending on the weather.
