In Campagnac-lès-Quercy, visible traces range from the Church of Saint-Cyr-et-Sainte-Julitte to the dry-stone landscapes of the Causse and the local truffle and wine traditions. The church was rebuilt in 1880 on the foundations of a Romanesque church covered with slate slabs. Its visible features include Romanesque foundations, a narrow Romanesque opening and the trace of a burial niche on the north wall. It has two chapels: one dedicated to the Virgin Mary and the other to Saint Cyr and Saint Julitte. It also contains popular-style altarpieces. A celebrant's seat dating from the 18th century is listed as a protected historic object; the listing took place on 11 December 1998.

A late-15th-century window has been preserved on the west gable of the Château de Campagnac-lès-Quercy. The signposted trails also provide access to the local cultural heritage, including houses, barns and dovecotes, some of which date from the 17th to the 19th century.

The Causse near Campagnac-lès-Quercy preserves dry-stone walls from former vineyard plots, as well as gariottes and cayrous, created through centuries of clearing stones from fields. There are also two permanent Nordic walking parks there, developed jointly with the French Athletics Federation.
The “Circuit des 10 fontaines” loop in Campagnac-lès-Quercy is 7 kilometres long. Another hiking route, the “Boucle des fontaines, sur les pas d'Yves le sourcier”, begins in Campagnac-lès-Quercy. The “Boucle des fontaines” is classified as a loop trail and marked in blue; in some places, the markings overlap with yellow PDIPR markings. It is an 8-kilometre walking route of moderate difficulty, with a stated duration of 2 hours and 20 minutes. A 17-kilometre long-distance loop between the Causse and Ségala also runs through Campagnac-lès-Quercy.
Truffles and wine
The truffle is considered one of the emblematic crops of Campagnac-lès-Quercy. An agricultural survey from as early as 1833 already recorded truffles as being abundant within the municipality.
The Fête de la Truffe de Campagnac-lès-Quercy is considered an annual celebration. It includes a guided walk through the truffle groves of Campagnac-lès-Quercy and offers a truffle menu prepared with local produce, available exclusively by reservation. The Fête de la Truffe also includes an award-winning truffle market where visitors can meet truffle growers.
Domaine Chante l’Oiseau in Campagnac-lès-Quercy offers free individual tours with wine tasting. In the “Vin de Domme” IGP area, the domaine grows exclusively white grape varieties, including Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon. Guided tours of Domaine Chante l’Oiseau are available exclusively by prior appointment.
