The 2.7 km-long Sentier Botanique lies in a Natura 2000 zone and leads through the Forêt Domaniale de l’Orch as well as the municipal forests of Wickerschwihr and Holtzwihr. The trail is intended to provide information about typical plants, trees and shrubs found in the alluvial forests of the Ill. Along the Sentier Botanique, groundwater springs can be observed; the Orch, also known as the Orchbach, originates from them and then flows into the Bennwasser and onward into the Ill.

The present Saint-Martin parish church was built in 1956 by Colmar architect Jean du Cailar, based on the Romanesque church in Ottmarsheim. The Stèle du Lancaster commemorates the crash of a British bomber in December 1944.
