Marked cycling route No. 1 runs through the area of Unín along road III/37913. A marked hiking trail also passes through the southern part of the cadastral area. Because of the low volume of motorized traffic, bicycles can be ridden in the Unín area together with motorized traffic on roads, local roads, and purpose-built paths.

Three memorial trees stand near the parish church in the cadastral area of Unín. Mount Střela is located in the vicinity of Unín, as is Mount Paní hora. Culture and History

The Church of St. Peter and Paul in Unín is a Josephine, early Classicist new building dating from 1792, a valuable historic monument and a dominant architectural feature of the municipality. Josef Bednář was an important figure in the municipality of Unín and served as a fighter pilot in the RAF’s 312 Squadron. The so-called Hradisko once stood in the center of Unín.
