Part of the municipality of Silůvky lies within Bobrava Nature Park. The Šatava stream flows through Silůvky. The municipality also has agricultural terraces and stone field boundaries in areas where vineyards once stood. The Brno Wine Trail runs predominantly along paved paths.

Culture and History

The Sv. Anny bell tower has stood in the centre of Silůvky since 1850. Wine has been grown here since the Middle Ages. The Chapel of the Holy Trinity (Kaple sv. Trojice) stands at the Silůvky cemetery; it is considered the oldest and most memorable chapel and dates from 1586. It was built at a historic crossroads of former routes to Mělčany, Prštice, Rajhrad, Tikovice, Hlína and Moravské Bránice.

Traditional events in Silůvky include the krojové hody costume festivals.
