Culture and History

The former watermill of Crhov is located on the southwestern outskirts of the village near the Crhovský potok and is a two-storey wooden building. A remnant of the millrace with a water wheel has been preserved on its southwestern side.

The cross in Crhov, erected in 1848, was put up to commemorate the abolition of corvée labor and is now a cultural monument. The chapel in Crhov was built in 1801. It has a square floor plan measuring 2.8 × 2.8 metres and was dedicated to Saints Cyril and Methodius in 2002.

A medieval stone with an engraved double cross was moved in 2002 from the road to Olešnice to the foundations of the chapel in Crhov. The fortified site of Crhov is located in the southwestern part of the village; Crhov's fortification is mentioned in 1487.

Road II/362 between the end of the village of Crhov and the beginning of the town of Olešnice was completely closed from 10 to 16 August 2026; further work was subsequently carried out there until the end of September 2026, expectedly, under traffic-light-controlled alternating traffic.

Cycling

Marked cycle route No. 5089 leads from Olešnice via Crhov to the Louka ruins and is 7 km long.

Crhov is located near the eastern edge of the Svratecká hornatina Nature Park.
