The route from Tišnovská Nová Ves to Tišnov follows the Bobrůvka and passes through the settlement of Boudy.
Nature
Trenckova Gorge is a rocky gorge in the Bobrůvka valley between Skryje and Strážek, near Drahonín. The gorge protects crevice vegetation on silicate rocks, scree slopes and moving scree, as well as preserved remnants of dry acidophilous oak forests and ravine forests.
A stream coming from Drahonín forms cascades and waterfalls in Trenckova Gorge; the highest waterfall is 4 metres high. Trenckova Gorge is a natural monument and a site of European importance. There is also a small waterfall there.
Culture and History
The ruins of Rysov Castle are a protected cultural monument on a high spur above the Bobrůvka south of Skryje. Boudy was first mentioned in 1632 under its former name Hvížďov; at that time, there were three buildings there.
The Chapel of Saints Cyril and Methodius stands on the site of the medieval fortification of Hrádek. A moat and part of the rampart have been preserved at Hrádek.
Water
The Loučka (Bobrůvka) paddling section below Boudy is rated WW I–II and is navigable in spring and after rainfall. It features a ledge with boulders and a footbridge made of two steel cables leading to the settlement of Okawango City; the lower cable is difficult to see. There is an opportunity to get refreshments at Šafránkův mlýn.
