Blanné: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Blanné is located on the western edge of Jevišovka Nature Park. The Blanenský rybník pond was created on the western edge of Blanné. The village is also close to the road connecting Jihlava and Znojmo.

Culture and History

In Blanné, the local tradition of Easter rattling was revived after several years. The residents of Blanné gathered on the village green to erect a maypole. In 2012, Blanné organized the production of Christmas lanterns for the residents together with children and local inhabitants.

Blanné was founded in 1738 at the site of the abandoned Planský Mill. The oldest local seal of Blanné is documented from 1787; the current spelling “Blanné” was introduced in 1924.

Community Activities

A children’s day was held in Blanné on July 5, 2013, with around 35 children taking part. The 2013 children’s day included a race for the “Blaněnského smajlíka.” The children also created the “Bylinková zahrádka” herb garden with the help of adults.
