Radčice: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The “Around Vodňany” tourist route leads from Křtětice to Radčice and includes a viewpoint on Radčický vrch. Radčický vrch is one of the notable viewpoints in the Vodňany area.

Paths and Landscape

The Vodňany–Křtětice educational trail has seven stations and a rest pavilion. The route leads to Loucký mlýn, where it joins cycle route 1075, making it possible to return to Vodňany.

Culture and Village Character

Radčice has an ensemble of folk architecture. The ensemble of folk architecture in Radčice comprises buildings dating from the first third of the 19th century to the 1930s. The enclosed, small masonry rural farmstead No. 20 is located in the centre of Radčice, forms part of the western side of the village green, belongs to the folk architecture tradition and dates from around the middle of the 19th century.

The stone statue by the road between Radčice and Vodňany is located on the southern side of Radčice, probably dates from the 18th century and is a valuable landscape-defining element. In the vicinity of Radčice stands the stone Formanský sloup, known as the Brzdný kámen; it is a technical monument.

In the municipality of Radčice, by the Blanice next to Loucký mlýn, is Hospoda u Korittů, with outdoor seating.
