Luckovice: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The chapel of Lučkovice has an octagonal ground plan, a tent roof with a small turret, and combines elements of the Empire and Neo-Gothic styles. At the same time, the village has its origins in the Middle Ages; Lučkovice was first mentioned in 1227.

History and Architectural Heritage

The statue of Saint John of Nepomuk is listed among the cultural monuments of the Písek District. The wayside shrine in Lučkovice is also protected as a historic monument.

Farmstead No. 26 is considered the most significant example of folk architecture in Lučkovice. It is located on the southern side of the village green. Only two of the row of farmsteads have survived in an unchanged condition.

Events and Leisure Activities

The Svatováclavská pouť is scheduled to take place in Lučkovice on 26 September 2026. Its programme includes children's workshops, horse riding, a fair and dance events.

The Letní Fusioon Camp is planned to take place in Lučkovice at the end of August 2026 as a one-week dance camp for children and young people aged 8 to 18. The programme includes street dance, workshops, choreography, dance challenges, an evening programme, a disco and games.

The Kašpárek Family Centre offers meetings for parents and preschool children in Lučkovice. It organises leisure activities such as exercise classes, interest groups, workshops, courses, seminars, discussion groups, lectures and other cultural events.
