Lipí lies at the foot of the Blanský les Protected Landscape Area and is surrounded by forests and ponds. There are also cycling connections through the surrounding villages, as well as prominent destinations in the nearby and wider area.
Culture and village character
The neo-Gothic Chapel of Our Lady of Lourdes in Lipí dates from 1897, stands freely at a road intersection, and is surrounded by mature trees. It is considered Lipí’s most important landmark.
Cycling
Cycle route 1082 runs from Hluboká nad Vltavou (Vondrov) via Bezdrev, Dasný, Čejkovice, Dubné, Lipí, Hradce and Vrábče to Křemže. Cycle route 1092 runs from České Budějovice via Litvínovice, Šindlovy Dvory, Mokré, Kaliště u Lipí, Lipí and Kvítkovice. Cycle route 1127 also runs via Zlatá Koruna and Lipí.

The Skalka and Kleť mountains are located around Lipí. The “Lipí outlook p.” viewpoint is located in the immediate vicinity of Lipí and is recorded as a hill. In the village
Lipí has a football pitch and a volleyball court. There is a restaurant with a summer outdoor area on the village square.
