Čepřovice: Šumava Foothills, Cycling Routes and Culture

Near Čepřovice, the ruins of Helfenburg Castle lie in the Mlaka forest complex. Culture

The Chapel of the Guardian Angels stands on the village square in Čepřovice. As part of the Čepřovice pilgrimage, a traditional Mass will be held in the chapel in Čepřovice on 5 September 2026. On 13 December 2026 at 5 p.m., traditional Christmas trumpet playing will take place in the chapel in Čepřovice.

Wall paintings from the second half of the 17th century have survived to this day in the former Čepřovice fortress.

The enclosed rural Farmstead No. 17 comprises a residential building, stables with sheds, a granary that has now been converted for residential use, and livestock buildings; a barn stands on its southeast side.
