The repeatedly held cross-country race “Běh přes tři vsi” runs through Sedlec, Lhůta and Tymákov and is 8.6 km long.
Culture
The historic centre of Tymákov was declared a village heritage zone in 1995. On the northern side of Tymákov, large masonry farmsteads with Neoclassical gates dating from around the mid-19th century are concentrated around the triangular village square. Farmstead No. 71 comprises a log house, a masonry granary dating from 1768 and a gate. The former Tymákov judicial estate No. 1 comprises a log house and a gate.
Other features of the village include restored Hussite burial mounds. Tymákov has a statue of Saint John of Nepomuk. The statue of Saint John of Nepomuk on the bridge dates from 1849. The Chapel of Saint Wenceslas dates from 1881.
Nature
The protected natural monument of Sutice protects a significant, palaeontologically rich profile of the lower layers of the Dobrotiv Formation; at the same time, Sutice is designated as a geotourist attraction and geotope.

Radyně Mountain is located in the vicinity of Tymákov. The nearby hills include “Stradiště [Tymákov]”, “Hůrka [Starý Plzenec] outlook p.” and “Maršál”.
