Lisov: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
Lisov is an early feudal settlement with a manor seat documented as early as 1243.
Culture and History
The village centre of Lisov is recorded as an archaeological area, with a chronological focus ranging from the Middle Ages to the modern era. Archaeological finds have been documented there, or are expected based on well-founded assumptions.
The masonry chapel in Lisov was built in 1912 as a small church with a bell tower. Services were occasionally held in the chapel in the past.
Activities
The Pohodová trasa cycling route runs through Hradec, Lisov and Stod. It is 65 percent asphalt and 35 percent forest and farm tracks, and is intended for less experienced cyclists who would like to take a short and uncomplicated cycling trip.
At Ranč Červený Mlýn, individually arranged riding training with Luděk Čiba and participation in seminars can be organised.
Landscape
Ranč Červený Mlýn is located on the outskirts of Lisov in a wide valley through which the Touškovský stream flows.
The historic Stará cesta was the route from Hradec to Lisov before the end of the 19th century. It ran along this stream and a quarry that is now flooded to the settlement of Červený Mlýn. The historic millrace leading to Červený Mlýn was still recognisable, but gradually became overgrown.
