Čečovice: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The Gothic Church of St. Nicholas, “Kostel sv. Mikuláše”, is located in Čečovice and is one of the local sights in the Domažlice area. It was extensively restored between 1996 and 2001/2002. On 15 October 2022, a concert by TOTÁL VOKÁL took place there.

Culture and History

Today’s “Zámek Čečovice” stands on the site of a fortress built in the first half of the 14th century. Its west wing is a granary converted from the fortress’s original Gothic palace. The castle grounds are located in the centre of the municipality beside a pond.

The folk-country festival for “Zámek Čečovice” has also already been held for the 17th time.

The hills “Hora [Staňkov-město]” and “Dvanáctka [Honezovice-Hradišťany]” are located in the immediate vicinity of Čečovice. In the wider regional area lies the mountain “Běleč”. The mountain “Hradišťanský vrch [Skapce-Krtín]” is located in the vicinity of Čečovice. A marked route is 10 km long.
