Trnavka: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Trnávka has a long history: settlement of the area around Trnávka began in the 10th century, and the oldest surviving written mention dates from 1333. The place was originally called Tyrnov; from the second half of the 16th century, the current name Trnávka became established.

Church and Cemetery

The Protestant church in Trnávka was opened on 22 May 1884. It continues to serve its religious purpose to this day and replaced a stone toleration church dating from 1797. Behind the church lies the Protestant cemetery, which was established in 1789 and expanded in 1854.

Pond and Paths

At the Trnávka pond, the Rybářský spolek Trnávka offers fishing permits. Cycle Route No. 24 runs in the immediate vicinity of Trnávka. A green-marked hiking trail also runs nearby.
