Bezděčí u Trnávky lies on the right bank of the Jevíčka River and on the western edge of the Bohdalov-Hartinkov Nature Park. The Močidla forest extends from the eastern edge of Bezděčí u Trnávky; northeast of Bezděčí u Trnávky rise the wooded slopes of Planivá peak at an elevation of 559 m.

In the immediate vicinity of Bezděčí u Trnávky are Husák Mountain, Stolová hora hill [Městečko Trnávka-Pěčíkov], and Zbytky hill (Hartinkov). In the wider regional surroundings of Bezděčí u Trnávky is also Skalka Mountain.

Culture and history

Locally significant cultural landmarks in Bezděčí u Trnávky include three 19th-century crosses near the chapel. Also included is a sculpture group of the Holy Trinity from 1849 with reliefs on the sides.
