In Březná Nature Park, the Březná and Moravská Sázava rivers form striking, deep and symmetrical valleys. Thus, in Kosov, a clearly defined river landscape lies alongside the trails through the administrative area.

Culture and history

The Kosov No. 80 log cabin estate has a shingle roof and dates from the first half of the 19th century. The Chapel of Saint John of Nepomuk provides another historic landmark: construction began in 1868, and it was consecrated three years later. It is one of the immovable cultural monuments in Kosov.

Getting around

Kosov has public bus services within the integrated transport system of the Olomoucký kraj region. The stops are called “Kosov, rest.” and “Kosov, ZD”.
