Rohov: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The farm complex in Rohov dates back to 1861. It is a characteristic brick Opava folk dwelling with a portico and a testament to rural residential culture in the second half of the 19th century. In the Czech-Polish border area between the municipalities of Rohov, Sudice and Krzanowice lies the “Příroda za rohem Rohova” educational trail, an easy route approximately 4 km long. Along the educational trail, walkers can learn about the local plant and animal life; visitors can also learn about the history, traditions and lives of the people in the region.

Culture

The Chapel of St Peter and Paul in Rohov was built in 1932. The wooden granary in Rohov is a two-storey folk building dating from the end of the 19th century and characteristic of the Hlučínsko region. The traditional public Rohovský odpust will take place on 27 June 2026 at the site in Kučákovec.
