The cadastral area of Zámostí-Blata belongs to the Prachov Rocks Nature Reserve. In the surrounding area, the Prachov Rocks offer well-maintained, signposted circular hiking trails, information boards and viewpoints. In the Český ráj, they are also a frequently visited climbing area.

Nature and trails

The central car park for the Prachov Rocks is located near the Turistická chata, Prachov–Blata 15, in the vicinity of Zámostí-Blata. The 1 km-long Pelíškova educational trail for children has been open in the vicinity of Zámostí-Blata since July 2024. It is suitable for pushchairs and leads around the Pelíšek water reservoir.

Culture and history

House No. 8 in Zámostí is listed as a cultural monument. The remains of Pařez Rock Castle are also located in the vicinity of Zámostí-Blata; according to information from the municipality, they date from 1370.

Leisure and cycling

Zámostí-Blata has a swimming pool, a sports field and a children's playground for leisure activities. Cycle Route 14 runs through Zámostí-Blata on the route between Mladějov and Jičín.
