Třebešov: Holiday apartments and houses

The Matrix Cup is a traditional small-sided football tournament held in Třebešov on the last Saturday of the summer holidays. The tournament celebrated its 25th anniversary; the 26th Matrix Cup was announced for 2023.

Culture and history

The former Třebešov fortress was demolished in 1978. Only faint traces in the terrain remain at the former site; according to the owners, numerous finds of tiles and ceramics have also been made.

The Urnfield monument in Třebešov dates from 1911. On the outskirts of the village in the direction of Černíkovice stands the monument to the legionnaires of Třebešov.

Kaple sv. Václava is a village chapel with eclectic architecture; the older Kaple sv. Václava was built in 1835. On the village square in Třebešov there is a glass-fronted miniature fire brigade museum, which includes, among other things, a fire pump on display.

Landscape and cycling route

Mount Strýc lies in the vicinity of Třebešov. Also in the vicinity are Homole Hill [Černíkovice] and Spravedlnost Hill [Rychnov nad Kněžnou]. Mount Velká Suchá lies in the wider regional surroundings of Třebešov.

At the crossroads near the archaeological site, the route runs for approximately 400 metres along cycle route 4352.

Roads III/3211 in the direction of Rychnov nad Kněžnou and III/30211 in the direction of Černíkovice pass through Třebešov.
