Hiking and Trails
The red-marked Riegrova Stezka hiking trail connects Semily, the Bítouchov district and Spálov, and is 5.5 kilometres long in total. The forest section of the Riegrova Stezka hiking trail begins behind Bítouchov, with 77-metre-long metal galleries built into the rock above the Jizera.
The 3-kilometre-long, yellow-marked Kamenického Stezka hiking trail offers six rocky viewpoints. From the signpost at Morava, the yellow Kamenického Stezka hiking trail leads past Medenec to Bítouchov; from there, the red-marked route continues to Semily.
The 10-kilometre hiking route between Semily and Morava is considered accessible and passes through Bítouchov. The Riegrova Stezka hiking trail has several rocky viewpoints offering views of the Jizera Valley and the surrounding natural landscape. At 497 metres above sea level, Masarykova vyhlídka is the highest point in Bítouchov and is a destination for walks and excursions with views of Kozákov.

The Riegrova Stezka passes through the Galerie natural monument, the Údolí Jizery nature reserve and Bítouchov. The mountains of Strážník, Pustina, Černá Studnice and Tábor are located in the vicinity of Bítouchov.
Culture and Monuments
The Bítouchovská zvonička stands in Bítouchov on a hillside above the road, dates from 1812 and has a shingle-covered roof. It was reconstructed in 1996. The churches of Valdštejn and Lázně are located in the wider regional surroundings of Bítouchov. A war memorial dating from 1924 is also one of the significant monuments in the excursion area.
