Vojkov Castle is a two-storey, two-winged building with a projecting avant-corps and a slender polygonal tower topped with neo-Gothic battlements.

Culture and History

The heritage-listed ensemble of the Vojkov Church of St. James with its rectory comprises the church, the surrounding wall, the rectory at No. 31, and the associated plots of land. One of the most significant local religious sights in Vojkov is also the niche chapel of St. John of Nepomuk; the first and only information board on the Vojkov Forest Educational Trail is located near this chapel.

Experiences

The Bystřice–Prčice route passes through Vojkov, where the second checkpoint is located. Wine tastings are regularly held in the Vojkov granary.

A stone labyrinth is one of the play features along the Vojkov Forest Educational Trail by Svatý Jan Pond. Svatý Jan Pond has a romantic island in its centre.
