The Všenory Museum – Marina Cvětajevová Centre is located in Všenory’s cultural centre; it houses an exhibition about the life and work of Marina Cvětajevová.
Culture
The Church of Saint Wenceslas in Všenory is registered with the Czech Ministry of Culture as a cultural monument. It was originally a Romanesque building that was rebuilt in the Baroque style on a cross-shaped ground plan in the 1730s.
The “Mokropecký Altar” is a triptych painted on wood from a late Gothic Marian altar dating from the beginning of the 16th century. The Chapel of Saint John the Baptist was built in the Neo-Renaissance style above the family crypt of the Nolč family.
Gardens and Landscape
The Teyrovský Voluptuary covered four hectares and was also botanically remarkable.
The Všenory Arboretum covers an area of 2.5 hectares on a north-facing slope. Around 3,500 different species and cultivars of woody plants grow there, including yews, thuja, spruces, oaks, beeches, cypresses, larches, pines, birches, Douglas firs, firs and ginkgos.
The Všenory Arboretum can be visited at any time by prior telephone arrangement.
Transport
Všenory railway station is located on regional railway line 171 between Prague and Beroun. Access to the station building or platform, including the shelter, is wheelchair-accessible.
