Rabyne: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

Rabyně lies on the shore of the Slapy Reservoir. Its reservoir covers more than 1,400 hectares; the dam is 70 metres high and 260 metres long.

Nature and water

The Slapy Reservoir was created as the eleventh stage of the Vltava Cascade. The construction of the reservoir between 1949 and 1955 brought significant development to Rabyně.

In the surroundings of Rabyně, the Rabyňská vyhlídka offers a view of the Slapy Reservoir. The viewpoint is located directly beside the road near Nová Rabyně. At the Slapská přehrada near Rabyně, visitors can enjoy recreation, swimming, fishing, water sports and hiking.

In the surroundings of Rabyně, Molo Nová Rabyně rents out motorised gondolas, pedal boats and paddleboards. Molo also has a designated dog beach there.

At Molo Nová Rabyně beach, sun loungers, beanbags, parasols, beach volleyball, table tennis, beach showers and garden chess can be used free of charge by children and adults.
