Přestavlky U Čerčan: Holiday Apartments and Houses

Stará Dubá is documented in connection with Přestavlky u Čerčan as a protected cultural monument featuring castle ruins and archaeological traces. The site was founded in the 13th century by a member of the Benešoviců noble family. Its ruins stand on a wooded, rocky promontory above the left bank of the Sázava, opposite the village of Poddubí.

Culture

The chapels in Přestavlky and Čistec are part of the area’s architectural and commemorative history: the chapel in Přestavlky was built in 1899 and restored in 2002 and 2014, while the chapel in Čistec was built in 1897 and restored in 1999 and 2016. Odranec was a fortified settlement below the castle; the castle gate still stands today. The municipal walk “A Walk Around Our Municipality” is described as an approximately 21-kilometre hike around Přestavlky u Čerčan and passes through all five neighboring districts of the municipality.
