History and Architecture

The municipality of Horní Bezděkov was founded in 1711. Nearby, in the Žlábek valley, stands the Žlábečku Chapel, built in 1652 and associated with a spring. In the vicinity of Horní Bezděkov, it was reconstructed between 1999 and 2000, together with a cross and an information board. The protected wooden house No. 11 is a monument of folk architecture.

Crafts and Culture

Letohrádek Vendula is home to a craft workshop for people with special needs. Numerous courses and craft activities are held there throughout the year. Visitors can view and purchase traditional handicraft products at Letohrádek Vendula.

Golf and Leisure

The Adventure Golf Horní Bezděkov complex has two outdoor 18-hole adventure golf courses. The adventure golf course in Horní Bezděkov is also certified for international tournaments. Golf Club Botanika has been part of the Botanika Complex in Horní Bezděkov since 2005 and has a 12-hole course with PAR 47.

Nature and Trails

Near Horní Bezděkov, the yellow-marked hiking trail leads into the Braškovský Forest. Walks along forest paths near Horní Bezděkov lead into the Kačák drainage basin.
