Církvice: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The Church of Saint James in Jakub, Církvice, was built in the 12th century and features Romanesque sculptures on the south wall of the nave. Its consecration is documented by a deed of consecration issued by Prague Bishop Daniel in 1165; King Vladislav and Queen Judith attended the consecration. Following its ceremonial opening on 30 April 2022, the Romanesque Church of Saint James in Jakub was open to the public daily except Mondays from 10:00 to 16:00.

Culture

The protected Saint Lawrence complex comprises the church, the cemetery chapel of Saint Florian, an enclosing wall with a gate, and the designated plots within the complex. Kačina Chateau is also located in the immediate vicinity of Církvice. In the wider regional area lies Svatý Jiří, a church.
