The spring of Fabci and its immediate surroundings are protected natural heritage and classified as a natural monument. Strašnica, a karst cave with an explored depth of 142 metres, is also located in Fabci. Its underground watercourse forms a 55-metre-high calcite formation and a large stalagmite – an unusual geological feature in Istria.
