Marasi: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Marasi is part of the Limes Bike Tour: its route includes the Marasi–Medaki section. The tour was presented as a recreational cycling event aimed primarily at families with children and other participants.

In the vicinity of Marasi runs the 33.6-kilometre-long, fully paved cycling route Maslinici, vinogradi i vrtovi Vrsara. It follows lightly trafficked side roads through agricultural areas and is considered suitable for a family outing or recreational cycling.

Another connection is the Casanova's Cycling Trail. It follows the published Vrsar–Crljenka Airport–Lim Bay–Šeraj–Marasi–Vrsar route and comprises 5.3 kilometres of asphalt and 17.4 kilometres of macadam.

Culture and History

The area surrounding Marasi is home to Dvigrad Castle, the Soardo-Bembo Palace and Škaraba. Otočić Sveti Juraj, Otočić Kuvrsada, Otočić Lunga and Sveta Marija are also located in the surrounding area. Sveti Mihovil is in the vicinity of Marasi.

Several prehistoric burial mounds are visible on Veli Major hill near Marasi.

Food and Drink

At Imagine Spirits, Pink Robin Gin is made by distilling 12 selected ingredients and then macerating them with aronia berries for one month.

Guided gin tastings were offered at Imagine Spirits, Marasi 60, Marasi. They included the production process, the spices used in production and a tasting of the gin.
