Forčići: Holiday apartments and holiday homes
The Stol Ćirila i Metodija, located in Forčići, is the second memorial site on the route and was unveiled in 1978 as a memorial to Cyril and Methodius. Along its edge, the name appears in Latin, Old Cyrillic and angular Glagolitic script.

Culture and local character
In the vicinity of Forčići, the resting place of Žakan Jurij consists of a book-shaped stone block and seven smaller blocks resembling Glagolitic type letters. The Gregorius of Nin viewpoint is a stone block shaped like a closed book, into which Glagolitic, Cyrillic and Latin scripts have been carved. Sijelo Klimenta Ohridskog consists of a chair surrounded by eight stone seats beneath an oak tree; it was unveiled in 1978.
Roč developed in the surrounding area into a fortified settlement enclosed by walls, defensive towers and two gates. In the 15th and 16th centuries, Roč was a centre of Croatian literacy, publishing and printing based on the Glagolitic script. The Aleja Glagoljaša is a Glagolitic memorial complex built along the road from Roč to Hum; as a cultural and tourist landmark, it is 7 kilometres long and consists of 11 monuments. The Glagolitic Lapidarium in Brnobići presents copies of significant Glagolitic monuments.
Hum preserves the characteristics of a medieval fortified settlement and medieval urban organisation. The Church of St Jerome in Hum contains valuable frescoes from the late 12th or early 13th century. At the Museum of Hum Aura, visitors can make a cream from plants that grow in the area, taste biska and handwrite a label for the bottle. Hum also hosts an annual rakija exhibition at the end of October.
The Klanac hrvatskog Lucidara is dedicated to the medieval Croatian Lucidarium. In the vicinity of Forčići, a dry-stone wall there forms the shape of Učka; above it is a stone cloud.
Trails and landscape
In the vicinity of Forčići, the Mirna flows in cascades through Kotli. Two watermills have been preserved there, one of which has been partially restored. Kotli is a protected rural settlement with preserved kortas, baladurs and a watermill.
The Korita spring is one of the waypoints on the Pot Istrskega odreda (Slavnik-Žabnik) GPS track. From Brgudac, it can be reached via a 45-minute walk through hornbeam and oak forest, where protected plant and animal species occur. Korita has an equipped rest area with views of the Učka massif. The GPS track also passes through Roč and includes Korita as a waypoint as well. Forčići itself is a waypoint on this GPS track.
Geographical setting
Buzet is considered a truffle destination; the forests along the Mirna Valley are regarded as truffle grounds.
