Culture and history

The Kućišta archaeological site – Roman Villa (Villa Rusticae) in Višići includes remains from Roman antiquity as well as from the early and late medieval settlement and burial phases. The association has folklore, tambura, women’s choir, and men’s choir sections. The cultural side of Višići therefore encompasses both archaeological evidence and organized forms of preserving regional music and dance traditions.
