Sinarcas is one of the ten municipalities on the Utiel-Requena Wine Route. Bodegas Sinarcas is a winegrowers' cooperative founded in 1937 with 200 members and 1,000 hectares of vineyards, where the Bobal grape predominates. In summer, Bodegas Sinarcas offers guided excursions through the hills of Sinarcas and to the Iberian archaeological sites of San Cristóbal and Carpio, ending with a wine tasting. Culture and Crafts

The Iglesia de Santiago Apóstol in Sinarcas dates from the 19th century and houses an image of the Virgen de las Campanillas. The Ecomuseo del Hábitat Rural is a restored former home of an agricultural family in the old town of Sinarcas.
